2. Work Schedule & Remote Work
We believe in flexibility and work-life balance. Our standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00
PM, Monday to Friday.
- Employees may opt for flexible timing with manager approval.
- Remote work options are available for eligible roles.
- Core collaboration hours (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) should be respected for meetings.
3. Leave Policy
We encourage employees to take time off to recharge. Our leave policy includes:
- Annual Leave: 20 days per year.
- Sick Leave: 10 days per year.
- Public Holidays: As per the company holiday calendar.
- Parental Leave: Generous paid leave for new parents.

- Employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon joining.
